GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The house is fully rent.
• The weekend minimum stay is 2 nights.
• When booking, it is necessary to inform about the name, surname, email and phone number.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Firewood is included in the price, but a responsible use is essential.
• Customers must leave the house in the same conditions as they found it.
• The owner has the right to demand a 20% of the full price of the stay of the customers as a deposit in case of damage in the furniture, utensils or facilities of the house. This deposit will be returned when the lack of damage is checked.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Customers have to pay for reservation paying by a bank transfer. The rest of the money has to be given in cash when receiving the keys of the house at the arrival.
• The house has not got a card reader for VISA and bank cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.

DOWN PAYMENT RETURN

• For a down payment return, the customer must always inform via e-mail and phone call. If the customer cancels the booking 15 days or less before the arrival, no amount will be returned; between 16 and 29 days before, 50% of the down payment will be returned; a month before, the whole down payment will be returned.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMETABLE

• Weekend: Check-in on Friday from 4 p.m. Check-out on Sunday before 8 p.m.
• Full week: Check-in on Monday at 4 p.m. Check-out on Sunday before 8 p.m.
